CLT  CROSS LAMINATED TIMBER

CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) – cross-glued wooden wall slabs and ceilings for residential and non-residential buildings. Massive building material made of wood. Due to its excellent physical and mechanical properties, it has excellent thermal insulation properties and can withstand heavy loads. The vertical lamellae of the plate set the bearing capacity, the horizontal ones-the longitudinal stiffness. The adhesive seam between the lamellas is formed at the molecular level and is absolutely harmless, since only European-certified adhesive systems are used.

CLT panels in a variety of shapes and sizes. The maximum panel size is 16 meters long, 3.5 meters wide and 0.4 meters thick.

Panels can be polished on both sides, either along or across their length, for improved appearance. The company uses a modern computer-controlled processing center for format processing, milling and cutting finished CLT components.

The entire CLT production line is controlled by a PC-based computer system developed by Ledinek Engineering, which provides production process control, production flow control and visualization, statistics, real-time information feeds and production analysis tools.
